10 Habits That Can Damage the Brain

The brain is the central nervous system and is essential for parts of the body. Brain organize and coordinated most, movement, behavior and homeostatic body functions such as heart rate, body fluid balance, body temperature and blood pressure. The brain is also responsible for functions such as recognition, emotion,
memory, motor learning and all other forms of learning.

What would happen if our brain function is disturbed or damaged, it will interfere with the body's other organs, these 10 habits that can damage our brains.
  1. No breakfast, for those who miss breakfast will lead to low blood sugar levels, causing shortage of supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.
  2. Excessive or shock action on a matter, It causes hardening of the brain arteries.
  3. Smoking, smoking causes brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer's disease.
  4. Consumption of sugar is too high, too much sugar is not good, it interferes with the absorption of proteins and nutrients, poor nutrition will interfere with brain development.
  5. Air pollution, brain is an organ of the most absorbing oxygen compared to another part of our body. Inhaling polluted air will decrease the supply of oxygen to the brain, which causes a decrease in brain efficiency.
  6. Lack of sufficient sleep, When we sleep, our brain to rest. insufficient sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.
  7. Covering the head while sleeping, Sleeping with the head covered, increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.
  8. Makes the brain think hard or work hard when you are sick, this will cause a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.
  9. Rarely speaking, conversation often and smell will encourage intellectual brain efficiency.
  10. Less mengstimulasi mind, thinking is the best way to train our brain, lack of stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.
Some of these habits we often do, we should avoid, to maintain the health of our brains.
